URLs in comments
I’ve noticed that a lot of people don’t really understand the point of putting a url in the comment form. On the Hacking into myspace post there’s numerous comments where the poster has filled the url out with myspace.com. On another post a commenter recently put his hotmail url in. Why? Because his email address was hotmail.
Here’s how it works. If you’ve got your own website put your website url in. It’s all about the link love, ya see. We don’t want to be giving myspace and msn all the juice now, do we.
