Michael Alfinez, 18, from Lake Worth, FL, was sentenced to 18 months in juvenile detention after pleading guilty to charges of elderly abuse, after he coaxed his grandmother into posing in a video holding a gun.

His 85-year-old grandmother Marie Huertas wore a black mask and threatened to shoot “all the pigs” in the video.

Police in Florida seized the tape during a routine traffic stop. According to the sheriff’s report, he admitted dressing up his gran, told her what to say and asked her to flash money for the video.
