why we are contacting you, these have been agreed upon and have been =20
signed.
You are advised to contact Mrs. Stella Omeneh of Central Bank of =20
Nigeria CBN, as she is our representative in Nigeria, contact her =20
immediately for your ATM card of USD $240,000. These funds are in an =20
ATM card for security purpose ok? So she will send it to you and you =20
can clear it in any bank of your choice.

number/your correct mailing address where you want her to send the ATM =20
card to you.
