Highena covers quite a few topics here, so I often find myself hard-pressed to put the site into any particular genre. The bulk of the posts are dedicated to scams and spams, but it would seem that the term “scam blog” is relatively unknown. Try googling it and not a whole lot comes up, those that did were either broken links or hadn’t published in over a year.

There are quite a few spam and scam warning sites out there, but not many are run as blogs where visitors can leave comments. This is a shame, as comment forms can help form a community, whereas visitors are able to warn others and share their experiences.

So, here today, I define a new genre of blogging – the scam blog.
