He nad fire arm injury spine & suffering from weakness of legs, urinary & stool problems . At the time of admission he was paraplegic & had bed sores on lumb sacral region . He is being managed conservatively in the from of daily dressing for bed sores, physiotheraoy and nursing care is being provided currently he is paraplegic, along with urinary & stoo problems. bed sores still need dressings.
