Another new scam. DO NOT click the link if you receive an email like this:
Your Bank Of America account is Blocked !
Dear Bank of America customer, we recently reviewed your account, and suspect that your Bank of America account may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party. Protecting the security of your account is our primary concern. Therefore, as a preventative measure, we have temporarily limited access
to sensitive account features.
Please login into your account to reset your passcode and resolve the problem.

This is not a new scam but, an old one from years. I read the scam alerts from ZolaEnterprises.com and this is just another name change on the old old bank scam. The new ones are worse and easier to fall for if people are not aware.
They do that same scam for many years with all bank names.
